What are the yearly dues used for?

The dues go directly into supporting Ponderosa Estates for the benefit of its members.
They pay for some street lights and maintenance of the park



How much are the yearly dues?

The Yearly dues are $90. They are due January 31st of each year. The payment may be mailed to

What can I do to encourage my neighbor to clean up their yard?

Contact Pierce County Code Enforcement, and urge your surrounding neighbors to do likewise. You may contact Yvonne Reed with Pierce County Responds at 253-798-4122.  For more information about this agency click on the link below.

The Ponderosa Estates HOA will contact your neighbor and quote the CC&R regulation that they are in violation. We will offer to assist in the clean up as well.  If they refuse to cooperate, the CC&R’s give us the authority to coordinate the clean-up and pass on any charges incurred to the owner. This process will require a vote from the board.
