What are the yearly dues used for? The dues go directly into supporting Ponderosa Estates for the benefit of its members. They pay for some street lights and maintenance of the park How much are the yearly dues? The Yearly dues are $90. They are due January 31st of each year. Contact Pierce County Code Enforcement, and urge your surrounding neighbors to do likewise.
